Great Review. This was originally the SureFire that I wanted to get. Then I happened on a 6P at a going out of business sale and snapped it up. If anyone is interested I compared my Surefire 6P to a Petzl Myo LED Headlamp.

I agree actually mr. smashy, I thought it would be fun to review the smallest surefire available because I have not seen any reviews of this particular light online. And it is their smallest model.

I EDC’d a E2L and a E2D, and it was not difficult. The E1E is a great light for it’s size, but the new Cree Outdoorsman, L1, and E1B/Backup are worth the additional cost. The E1B and L1 are just slightly larger than the E1E but on low mode will run dozens of hours longer.
